Do you accept dental insurance?

Our office works with many PPO dental insurance plans. Because coverage and network participation vary by insurance provider and individual policy, we encourage patients to contact our team before their appointment.

We'll be happy to help verify your benefits and explain any estimated out-of-pocket costs associated with your visit.

What if I don't have dental insurance?

No problem - we offer an in-office dental plan designed for patients without insurance. For $399 per year, you'll receive two (2) professional exams, two (2) cleanings, one (1) set of X-rays, and 10% off any additional procedures. It's a simple way to stay on top of your dental health without the hassle of traditional insurance.

Do you offer flexible payment options for larger treatments?

Yes, we offer flexible payment options through CareCredit and Cherry to help make treatment more affordable. 

How do I sign up for the in-office dental plan?

What should I expect at my first visit?

During your first visit, Dr. Klappas will review your dental history, discuss any concerns, and perform a comprehensive examination of your teeth, gums, and overall oral health.

Digital X-rays and professional cleaning may be recommended depending on your individual needs. Our team will explain any findings and discuss appropriate treatment options.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a photo ID, your dental insurance information if applicable, and a current list of medications. If you have recent dental X-rays or relevant treatment records from a previous dentist, let our team know before your appointment so we can determine whether those records would be helpful.

Yes! Dr. Marina Klappas welcomes children and families to our Williston Park office. We provide preventive dental care, routine examinations, professional cleanings, and personalized oral health guidance to help children develop healthy dental habits.

How often should I schedule a dental cleaning?

Many patients benefit from professional dental cleanings approximately every six (6) months, but the ideal schedule depends on your oral health and risk factors.

Patients with gum disease or other dental concerns may require more frequent visits. 

Dr. Klappas and our dental hygienist will recommend a preventive care schedule based on your individual needs.

Do you offer emergency appointments?

Yes, we do our best to accommodate dental emergencies as quickly as possible. If you're experiencing dental pain, swelling, a broken tooth, or another dental emergency, call our office and we'll help determine the next step. 

What languages does Dr. Klappas speak?

Dr. Klappas speaks English, Greek, Spanish, and Portuguese, so you can feel comfortable discussing your care in the language you're most confident in.

Our office is located at 105 Hillside Avenue, Suite C in Williston Park, New York. We're centrally located between Mineola, Roslyn, East Williston, Albertson, Garden City, and other surrounding Long Island communities.
